Meet Shirley
Associate BrokerOriginally from French Morocco, Shirley migrated to New York City as a teenager. She married Isaac Attias, a young Cuban American engineer and accountant, and they eventually settled in South Florida before raising a family.
When her two sons, Bernardo and Victor, were in primary school, Shirley decided to take a real estate class and loved it. Since the beginning of her career, Shirley’s fluency in multiple languages has been instrumental in her ability to connect with clients on a global scale. In Miami, Shirley worked for several South Florida developers. She recalls enjoying it tremendously but ultimately decided to go out on her own.
Partnering with her husband Isaac, they started E & S Realty, in Aventura. Eventually, they moved to the Fort Lauderdale area where they launched L’Hermitage Realty, offering clients white glove treatment from start to finish. The partnership, move, and motto, building relationships not transactions, were key in the success of their business.
Shirley and Isaac reside at L’Hermitage Private Resort Residences in Fort Lauderdale where they both are still very active in the day-to-day operations of L’Hermitage Realty and The Attias Team.
Shirley still loves working in the real estate business and gets joy and satisfaction in helping the grandchildren of her original clients find their perfect dream home.
When not working, Shirley enjoys being with family, friends, and her dog Ziggy; doing Zumba and Yoga, going to the beach, traveling, and donating her time, wealth, and experience to local charitable organizations.
